Chicken noodle soup | Ramen style

Its that time of year that I crave soup!


There are so many to choose from but Ramen is one of my favorites when I'm not on a strict keto diet.


I made a quick chili paste and mixed it in my homemade chicken broth. Here are some simple ingredients to make your own.


- red chili pepper šŸŒ¶

- 3 cloves of garlic

- ginger 1 tbsp

- Chicken bone broth

- Ramen noodles šŸœ

- shredded chicken šŸ”

- purple cabbage

- bell pepper

- Green onions

- 1 hard boiled egg šŸ„š

- sesame seed oil

- extra virgin olive oil


1)To make the paste use a pestle and mortar and going up the chili, garlic, ginger and salt till it becomes a paste. Then add a tsp of sesame oil and a drizzle of olive oil and you have a good paste for your soup

2) make your noodle and mix the paste with your broth. Put the noodles in the bowl first then add your broth to it. Arrange your veggies on top and add more chili paste if you like.
